Carlos Ares Tomavistas Concert

Carlos Ares will be at Tomavistas for the official presentation of his long-awaited second album, which will be released in early 2025.

Born in A Coruña in 1997, the multi-instrumentalist, singer-songwriter and producer Carlos Ares has forged his artistic identity through music, making it the way through which he reflects his personal and vital changes. In the last eleven years his career has been marked by a craft dedication that has led him to stand out as a generous and talented producer, collaborating with prominent names in the new national music scene such as Marc Seguí or Paula Cendejas.

Across his musical journey, Carlos Ares has found his unique and authentic voice. His debut album, titled “Peregrino” (February, 2024), brings together his Galician roots, love for the rural and simplicity in creation. Songs like “Amigo“, “Terrícola”, “Aquí Todavía” and “Rocíos” are glimpses that capture at the same time the essence of his organic and avant-garde sound, where, surprisingly, Vetusta Morla and Sen Senra can join hands.

Carlos Ares is right now a well-known secret with sold-out concerts. Brilliant concerts in which the public is immersed thanks to the support of a solid and energetic band, in a communion that very few artists could achieve in such a short time.

With all these elements, Carlos Ares is already one of the most outstanding artists on our scene in 2024. Right now, Ares is preparing what will be his second album, which will be released in 2025, just one year after the publication of his debut album. At this point, we already know a first sensational single, “Importante”, which predicts a non-stop 2025 tour for him and where he will visit Tomavistas for the very first time to play the first concert in Madrid to present this new album.
