Barry B will bring CHATO to Tomavistas 2025 on his first ever show in Tomavistas, following a string of breakout successes that have cemented him as one of the most exciting new artists on the scene. 

Barry B is the musical project of Gabriel Barriuso García, originally from Aranda de Duero (Burgos). His journey began in July 2019, though his passion for music was evident from an early age. He first explored rock music with The Girondines, a band he formed with Sam Gold during his youth. After a period focused on his academic studies, he rekindled his love for music—this time as a solo artist.

It all started with Garageband on his iPad, where he crafted his first songs, including “Kit Kat” and “Taj Mahal”. With the support of lifelong friends and collaborators like Drummie (producer) and Sam (guitarist), he shaped his artistic identity under the name Barry B, gaining early recognition with “Soleá”, a track that quickly made waves in Madrid’s music scene.

2022 marked a turning point for Barry, thanks to his collaboration with Drummie and Ralphie Choo on “ROOKIES”—a single that showcased his chameleon-like ability to experiment across genres while crafting infectious hooks. He went on to collaborate with Rusowsky and Teo Planell, releasing standout tracks like “bla bla bla” and “Talismán”.

At the end of 2023, Barry B unveiled “Eternal Pink”, an EP that signified the start of a new era, introducing a full live band and bringing him closer to his neo-punk roots.

In late 2024, Barry released his highly anticipated debut album, “CHATO”—a record that has firmly established him as one of the biggest breakthrough talents of 2025. Beyond being packed with instant classics, “CHATO” features songs like “Pensaba que me había tocado Dios”, a collaboration with Carolina Durante, which—if you ask us—is the best song released in Spain in 2024 and we will sing it all together as well as his whole setlist on his debut  in Tomavistas 2025. Barry B is taking over in 2025—and Tomavistas will be a key stop on that journey.
