Entry Requirements for Minors

Under Law 5/2015, of December 18, which amends, among others, Law 17/1997, of July 4, of Public Shows and Recreational Activities, in its article 25, the access of minors to a show performed in a restricted area and set up for adults is permitted, as long as they are accompanied by parents or guardians, in case of children under 16 years of age. In the case of minors between 16 and 18, they will sign a declaration of responsibility.

Children up to 10 years old can enter the festival free of charge. There is a reduced price ticket for minors from 11 to 15. All of them must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians who must carry with them the papers which identify them as such as well as fill in and sign the responsibility sheet, which will be available on the website of Tomavistas Festival with this policy.

Those minors accompanied by adults who are not their legal guardians must bring with them a written consent by their legal guardians with a copy of their ID and the paper which identify them as such.

Minors between 16 and 17, once they have payed their ticket, can enter the venue under the same conditions as adults without the need to be accompanied. Before entering the venue, they must fill in and sign the responsibility sheet, which will be available on the website of Tomavistas Festival with this policy.

During their stay in the venue, parents or legal guardians are responsible for any action of the minor. In order to carry out this policy, it is mandatory to present at the entrance of the venue the following documentation: ID, Family book, passport or legal document which proves the paternal or liability relationship with the minor.

On the other hand, parents or legal guardians must sign a disclaimer of liability making them responsible of the minors while minors are inside the venue. Apart from the documents required to access, parents or legal guardians must have a valid ticket. They have to accompany the minors outside the venue. They cannot stay inside on their own.

Both parents/guardians and minors have to bring with them their ID or passport at all times in case they are asked for by any member of the staff of the organization in order to confirm their identity. In the case of foreigners, a similar certificate must be provided issued by a competent public authority of the country they come from. Both the attendance consent and the disclaimer of liability form can be collected and filled at the entrance of the venue.

The Organization informs that current legislation expressly prohibits the sale of alcohol to people under 18 years of age. For this reason, every minor will be identified with a wristband with which it will not be possible to buy alcohol. Minors must wear this wristband at all times, as well as their ID.

Likewise, minors who show symptoms or signs of intoxication or consumption of drugs will not be allowed to enter the venue.

Failure to comply with the above requirements, will entail the expulsion from the venue and will not entitle any refund of the price paid for the entry of the minor.
