There is not an extra fee for charging your wristband to buy drinks or food at the festival’s bars.

 

    • Top up balance online before the event and save time.
    • Create an auto-top up option and forget about your balance during the festival.
    • Lock your wristband in case you lose it during the event.

    • If you have made all your top-up(through the cashless account or the QR code on your bracelet) you will receive the balance refund within a maximum period of 15 days after the festival to the account associated with the bank card used to make recharges.

What happens with the unspent balance after the festival?

If you made all your top-ups online (via your cashless account or the QR code on your wristband):
You don’t need to do anything. Your remaining balance will be automatically refunded to the bank account linked to the card you used for top-ups within a maximum of 15 days after the festival.

If you made any top-up at the on-site top-up stations:
You’ll be able to request your refund online from June 2, 2025 at 12:00 PM until June 17, 2025 at 12:00 PM on the festival’s website. You’ll need to create a cashless account and enter the 6-letter code from your wristband. Then click the refund request button and enter your card details.

The remaining balance will be refunded to this card within a maximum of 15 days from your request date.
Important notice: Keep your wristband. It’s the only way to recover your available balance. The barcode from your ticket is not linked to the wristband you used during the event.

If your balance does not appear in your cashless account, please check that your wristband is correctly linked: the 6-letter code from your wristband must appear in your account next to your email address.

How can I top up balance on my wristband?

Before the festival:

  • If you already have your ticket for the festival, you can top up online by creating an account on the event website.
  • We will give you your wristband at the ticket validation point with the balance you topped up before coming.

Do it to fully enjoy the festival avoiding queues and saving time!

During the festival:

  • You can top up online on the festival website from your smartphone.
  • You can top up your cashless wristband at the Cashless points you will find at the venue, both with card or cash. In case you have not topped up your wristband before getting to the festival, we recommend you to do it as soon as you enter the venue with a balance enough for the whole event. This will make you save time and fully enjoy every second of the experience!

There is not limit. You can top up as many times as you want and you can ask for a refund of the remaining balance after the festival via the event website.

Can I use my cashless wristband during the whole event?

Your wristband will be the only payment method accepted at the festival’s bars and food trucks. The wristband is personal and non-transferable.

It is a virtual wallet integrated into your wristband with which you can pay both at festival’s bars and food trucks.

A sustainable system since it prevents the waste generated by tokens; safe since your wristband is non-transferable, it will always be with you on your wrist; and simple since you can make a previous top-up from home and activate the auto-top up option, forgetting about queues at the venue.

Why should I create a Cashless account?

Creating your cashless account is optional and you can do it anytime (before, during, or after the event). However, we strongly recommend it, because it allows you to:

  • Top up your balance online before the event and skip the queues.

  • Set up automatic top-ups so you don’t have to worry about your balance during the festival.

  • Block your wristband if you lose it during the event.

  • Check your wristband balance and view your transaction history.

  • Receive an automatic, free refund of any unused balance after the festival (if all your top-ups were made online).

How can I create an online cashless account?

It’s super easy!

Create your account with your username and password.

If you want to create your cashless account before picking up your wristband:
Enter the numeric code from your ticket (you’ll find it on the PDF, above the QR code).
If you do it after you’ve picked up your wristband:
Enter the 6-letter code located behind the chip on your wristband.

Choose the amount to top up, enter your card details, and you’re all set!

Plus, if you have leftover money on your wristband at the end of the festival, the refund will be made automatically and free of charge to the card linked to your cashless account (as long as you made all your top-ups online via your account or using the QR code on your wristband).

How can I charge my wristband at the venue?

You’ll be able to top up your cashless wristband as many times as you like at the designated top-up points inside the venue, using either cash or bank card.

You can also do it online via your cashless account or by scanning the QR code on your wristband.

If you haven’t topped up your wristband in advance, we recommend doing so when you arrive at the venue with an amount you plan to use during the entire festival. Don’t worry — you’ll be able to request a refund for any unused balance after the event.

What happens if I run out of credit at the festival?

Don’t worry — you’ll be able to top up your wristband as many times as you like at any of the festival’s top-up points, through the website using your username and password, or by scanning the QR code on your wristband. Activate the limited auto top-up option so you never run out of balance!

What is the auto-top up option?

Once you open your cashless account and make your first top-up, you will be given the chance to choose an auto-top up option: every time your balance drops below 5€, a 20€ top-up will be made automatically on your wristband. This feature is completely opcional and will only be activated if you choose it during the process.

If I don't activate the auto-top up option, will I have to go to the cashless points at the festival?

No, if you registered your cashless account, you can access to it and top up online as many times as you need. However, the auto-top up system is more convenient and, as there is a refund option, there is no risk of losing your remaining balance.

Where do I get the wristband?

You can get your wristband at the ticket validation point:

Every day of the festival from 5:00 p.m.

If you have topped up balance online, we will give you your wristband with the balance on it.

Does the wristband have any cost? And the top-up in advance?

No, it’s totally free!

How can I know the balance I have on my wristband?

You can ask at a Cashless point or directly at a point of sale.
If you have created a Cashless account, you can check your balance online as well. (*)

Do I have access to my history transaction?

Yes, you can access to your transaction history via your online cashless account, and if you need it you can also download receipts. (*)
If you did not create your cashless account, you can request this information at a Cashless incident point.

What happens if I lose my wristband?
If you have created a cashless account online, you can ask us to block your wristband at a Cashless information point.

As a reminder, you can create a cashless account online:

  • Before going to the event, entering the barcode of your ticket.
  • After being given your wristband, by entering the 6-letter code of your wristband.

This identification process is necessary to be able to block your wristband. Therefore, if you have not created an online cashless account before or during the event, we will not be able to block it and you will lose all the money topped up in the wristband (apart from the wristband itself.)

You will need the 6-letter code on your wristband to claim your remaining balance after the festival so don’t lose it nor throw it away!

Can I share my wristband?
Each wristband is non-transferable and is associated with a single person. Wristbands that are visibly tampered with will not be accepted as a method of payment. Remember that your wristband is like your ticket: if it is suspected of being tampered with, you will not be able to enter the venue either, so take good care of it.

You can use your wristband to share your balance with your friends if you want. But remember that whoever has the balance on the wristband must be the person who will always have to order and pay.

What happens if the wristband tightens or breaks? Can it get wet?

We will not accept cut wristbands as we cannot know who owns it. Therefore, please, do not cut it. Go to a cashless point and we will solve the problem for you. In case of having activated a cashless account, the wristbands are nominative and in this case we can verify the ownership.

Yes, the wristband can get wet.
