#Tomavistas2021

Derby Motoreta’s Burrito Kachimba

We are talking here about the greatest revelation of 2019. And not only that: we are talking about the great reality of 2020 and 2021 in the rock of our country. As if that were not enough, in addition, we are facing a new musical concept that they have baptized as “kinkidelia”: a mixture of aesthetics and kinki philosophy with psychedelia. All the most important media have boosted their self-titled debut album as one of the essential and most impressive of the year that we left behind, standing out in the No. 6 spot in  the chart of MondoSonoro magazine.

In the sextet from Seville, some former members of bands from the city like The Milkyway Express or Quentin Gas y Los Zíngaros come together. Thanks to the background and technical quality of all the components of the band and supported by the magnificent voice, image and enigmatic presence on stage of their vocalist Dandy Piranha, they have earned the respect of a scene that they lead themselves right now with a very personal formula that mixes Led Zeppeling, King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard and Triana in an impressive cocktail.

They have not only left their mark with that debut album in 2019, but also with the release of “Nana del Viejo Mundo” (published with the Segell again): a double single where they honor the great Camarón and that has had a great effect on what begins to be already a solid career in terms of their recordings. And if this were not enough, they have already headlined uncountable concerts throughout the country that have led them, in particular, to play two sold outs shows in the same year at Teatro Barceló and Sala But in Madrid with just six months difference between both concerts.

By the end of 2020 they will release their new and really-expected album which they will exclusively present at Tomavistas. A whirlwind of rock is coming to the park.
