What type of tickets are there available?

At the moment there are available:

  • Full pass: Right to access the concerts area for May 25th and 26th.
  • Underage pass: From age 11 to 15.
  • VIP pass: Right to access the concerts area as well as the VIP area during May 25th and 26th.

Later on, single-day tickets will be available on sale allowing to access the concerts area for one of the indicated days on the ticket.

Prices will vary as we get closer to the date of the event and depending on ticket stock.

How is the entrance of minors managed?

Minors until age 10 have free access and reduced price entry from 11 to 15.

Minors between ages 0 and 15 must be accompanied by a mother/father/tutor or their corresponding consent and must bear with them proving identification (ID, family book). In case of accessing the open-air venue with such consent, they must also bear with them their father/mother/tutor`s identification.

They must also carry the responsibilty sheet completely filled in.

Minors between ages 16 and 17 don`t have to be accompanied by an adult but they do have to take with them the responsibility sheet also completely filled in.

What happens if I lose my ticket?

The organization assumes no responsibility in case of ticket loss or theft.

Are the tickets nominative?

They are personal and non-transferrable tickets. If eventually, you won´t be able to attend the festival you can assign your ticket to another person and he or she will have to bring your consent.

Do I have to print my ticket for the festival?

You needn’t bring your ticket printed. You can bring it in your email or in your phone’s Passbook.

What happens if I buy my ticket pass in an unofficial point of sale, in an auction website or from an individual and it turns out to be fake?

The Organization can’t guarantee the authenticity of a ticket that hasn’t been purchased at the official points of sale.

In case of cancellation, how does the ticket refund work? In which circumstances do I have the right to get a refund for my ticket fee or not?

  1.  Once the ticket is purchased, it won`t be exchanged nor its fee refunded.
  2. The ticket is the only and exclusive valid proof for accessing the show as well as to claim for a refund in the event of cancellation or suspension of the same.
  3. At the entrance, the audience might be subject to search, within the Law, denying the access with food, drinks, bottles, cans, umbrellas or any object the Organization may consider dangerous or forbidden by current regulations.
  4. In case the date or place of the event changes for any circumstance the ticket will be valid for the final date or place.
  5. The organization reserves the right to modify or alter the program provided the cancellation of an artist for external reasons.
  6. Admissions refusal right is reserved.
  7. In case of variation or partial cancellation of the show caused by fortuitous facts or force majeure once the same has begun, abiding by the Decree 2816/1982, which approves the Public Shows and Recreational Activities Police Regulations, the Organization will not be obligated to refund the ticket fee.
  8. No refund proceeds in case the show is canceled once more than half of it has passed.
  9. Bad climate conditions and schedule changes do not give the right to ticket fee refund.
  10. In case of total cancellation of the show, the Organization commits to total ticket fee refund, with the exception of natural disasters, terrorist threats, closing of the Spanish airspace or other force majeure causes non-chargeable to the Organization.
  11. The distribution cost that sales means apply to this ticket will not be refunded in any case by the Organization, since the Organization is not responsible for such cost and that the benefit of this service is understood to be carried out when purchasing the ticket.

Do I have to exchange my ticket for a bracelet? Where can I exchange it?

At the festival, your ticket will be validated and exchanged for a bracelet.

What happens if I lose the bracelet or it breaks?

If you lose your bracelet you won’t be able to access the festival. We also warn that damaged or broken bracelets will not be admitted.

Can I enter the open-air venue with food or drinks? Will there be food inside?

Accessing with food or drinks is forbidden unless it is for duly justified medical reasons. Water bottles without the lid are permitted.

Food clearly destined for toddlers will be permitted: fruit jars, sliced fruit (no knives allowed) or purées. Sandwiches or snacks are not allowed.

Inside the venue, there will be a fantastic assortment of FoodTrucks with all kinds of foods and tastes.

Are animals allowed to enter?

Animals are not allowed, except for guide dogs.

Will there be tobacco inside?

Selling tobacco inside the venue is not permitted due to legal regulations.

What will the payment method be?

Payment methods at the bars, merchandise stalls or food trucks will be defined later on.

Are video or picture cameras allowed?

Professional cameras such as reflex are not allowed, except for those who are specifically authorized by the Organization.

Can I exit and go back into the venue?

You may enter and exit the festival as many times as necessary with the appropriate day bracelet, however, the Organization reserves the right of admission in case any threatening public health activity is held outside the venue or the neighbors’ rest is disturbed.

What is the festival's schedule? What is the best way to be notified of all the news?

The schedule will be publicized in the future as well as the bands’ distribution in each day.

Are there any forbidden elements in the festival?

Bladed weapons and fire guns are forbidden as well as any other element which is considered dangerous for this type of event: knives, helmets, sprays, selfie sticks, rollerskates, umbrellas and any other element the security staff consider dangerous for its development.

Are baby carriages allowed inside?

Yes, they are. Always under its owner`s responsibility. They may also be subject to search.

Is there a cloakroom?

There is not.

Is there a lost & found point?

The Cashless charging point is also used as a lost & found point. Once the day is over, all left objects will be taken to the production offices and the following day turned back to the information point for them to be claimed.

Once the festival is over, all lost objects will be transferred to the Tomavistas Festival offices. If you have lost something and haven`t claimed it during the festival you can contact us through this email: info@tomavistasfestival.com

How can I reserve a sales stand at the festival?

Where is the medical team situated?

The medical team is situated on the right side of the main stage.

Where is the garbage thrown away? Is there any recycling system?

Inside the venue, you will find differentiated containers. Tomavistas is a sustainable festival that’s why we do have a recycling system.

Where are the toilets?

There are WC areas distributed all around the venue (also for disabled people). You can see their location by downloading the sitemap on our website.

What indispensable objects do I need to take to enjoy the festival at its best?

Comfortable footwear, a cap, a hat or anything similar to protect you from the sun, a jacket or sweater for the nighttime, earplugs (if you have any auditory problem) and a raincoat in case it rains. If you are a smoker don`t forget your cigarettes for tobacco is not sold at the venue.

If I have any serious problem, is there any security point where to ask for help?

If any serious problem comes up you can count on any of the Organization`s staff, they will help you the best they can. You will also see security staff covering the whole venue.

Will there be maps of the venue or concert programs?

Both will be available on the festival`s website. It will also be sent to you by email so you can save it on your mobile device. For sustainable reasons, there will not be any physical handed programs

Is there any space available for people with reduced mobility or any specific need? And for their carers or companions?

Both stages have adapted areas for people with reduced mobility. Only one carer or companion is allowed for each person.

Are there any complaint forms available for the attendees?

Complaint forms will be available at the Cashless charging points and at the ticket box.
